Tax Preparation

Accurate and Professional Tax Preparation and Filing

Personal Income Tax Returns

  •  Form 1040, used by most U.S. taxpayers

                                                 Specialized versions include

  • 1040-SR (seniors 65+)
  • 1040-NR (nonresident aliens)
  • 1040-X (amended returns). All of our fee's are simple, per form. If you don't need it we don't charge for it!

Corporate Income Tax Returns

 

  • 1120 Filed by C corporations to report income, gains, losses, deductions, and credits, paying tax at the corporate level.
  • 1120S Used by S corporations, which are generally pass-through entities, meaning they do not pay corporate income tax; income is reported on shareholders' personal returns.
  • 1065  Used by multi-member LLCs and partnerships. 

Estates, Trusts, Non-Profits

 

  • Form 1041 (U.S. Income Tax Return for Estates and Trusts): Required if the estate has $600 or more in gross income for the tax year.
  • Form 706 (United States Estate Tax Return): Filed to calculate estate taxes on large estates (exceeding the federal exemption threshold).
  • Final Form 1040: The executor must file a final income tax return for the deceased person for the year of death

  •  Acknowledgment: Confirms the signer's identity and that they signed voluntarily, often used for deeds and property documents.
  • Jurat (Oath/Affirmation): Requires the signer to swear or affirm that the document's contents are true, used for affidavits.
  • Copy Certification: Validates that a reproduction of a document (like a diploma) is a true copy.
  • Signature Witnessing: Observes the signing of a document.

Corporate Filling

LLC (Limited Liability Company) Filing 

  • Formation Document: Articles of Organization.
  • Key Information Needed: LLC name, business address, registered agent, and management structure (member-managed or manager-managed).
  • Process: Submit via the Secretary of State’s website (e.g., Sunbiz in Florida).
  • Aftermath: Obtain an EIN from the IRS, create an Operating Agreement, and file annual reports as required.
  • Taxation: Pass-through taxation (default) or elective corporate taxation

INC (Corporation) Filing 

  • Formation Document: Articles of Incorporation.
  • Key Information Needed: Corporate name, number of authorized shares, and names/addresses of officers/directors.
  • Process: File with the state; corporations generally have stricter, more formal governance requirements than LLCs.
  • Taxation: Usually taxed as a C Corporation (double taxation) or S Corporation (if electing with IRS). 

Registered Agent Services

 A Florida registered agent is a mandatory individual or entity designated to accept official legal documents, such as service of process, on behalf of a business entity
